These urns are unique due to them having a stand to hold the urn from laying flat built in. No other company offers this. The heart has soft curves that flows better then other heart urns. The engraving done in Swarovski Crystal; we suggest only the name to be done. Painting the name and dates can be done without taking away from the paw print. But personally I like the crystal name over the paint. When customizing it may take as long as 4-6 weeks, due to being manufactured in Germany.

The crystals are permanently on, so cleaning is easy, just wipe with glass cleaner or wipe with a soft damp wet cloth. I have scratched my nail against the crystals and they do not come off! You really will love this urn!
